I Called Mark for an emergency repair since my circuit breaker kept tripping, I was surprised by the fact that Mark came out to the other side of town in Kingsford for an emergency repair at 9pm, He came out within half an hour of the phone call and he fixed the issue within the hour, He was lucky to be carrying the stock that I needed when his suppliers were closed.
