Wow, Steve kept me informed the day before to confirm appointment, was on time, professional and explained and informed during the process. The result is awesome. Exactly as I'd hoped nice clean and fragrant carpets. The rug well, I was about to throw it out but Steve got the stains out and as good as it gets for its age, very impressive. Thank you.
