Floor Staining should not be done by a novice as a poorly finished staining job will not let the colour spread evenly, making the floor looks dull and dirty. Moreover, it is recommended that the floor be sanded before staining to have best results. If both sanding and staining part are not carried out properly the process will probably need to be repeated.

We found Julie and her team through a neighbours recommendation and could not have been happier! The quality and attention to detail was superb. Our job was just under 50sq.m and completed in under two days over a weekend which was so convenient and restored our heavily worn and stained cypress pine floor to as new. We were recommended SK Floor Sanding by a builder who said they were the best floor sanders he has ever come across. We just had a horrible experience with another big flooring company who walked off our job and took our money. SK Floor Sanding came to the rescue and completed the job. Their work was meticulous. I couldn't find a single fault anywhere. They did repairs to carpentry items, and lime washed our new hardwood timber floor. They were so nice to have in the house. Simply an amazing job. I was astonished by how they worked to sand the timber and turn it into a brand new condition. I would say the job's been done as intially quoted if not better. Rated 5 stars.
