We service multiple Real Estates and Stratas all across Perth, helping property and strata managers service and maintain their rental properties. We have close working relationships with property managers and keep them updated every step of the way from the moment the work order or quote request hits our desk, our property managers are informed of the progress.

I had a wonderful experience with 'Project Maintenance & Painters'. I was under pressure from my client to get the painting at her property completed as soon as possible before we launch it online for sale. PMP were exceptionally helpful and managed to move some things around so they could attend to my client. It relieved a lot of stress and was completed quickly. All personnel were very professional and punctual with their time. I will most certainly be using PMP in future and look forward to an ongoing business relationship.

I am a property manager and have ben using these guys for all of my work orders!
Honestly so happy with how quick they respond to work orders and quote requests, how well they communicate and they provide dates and times of when the work will be completed!
Definitely make being a property manager alot easier as I am able to work things around them. They have recently done a full repaint on a place for me and I was blown away at how awesome it turned out. Highly recommend this company, I wish I had found them sooner! <3

We were particularly impressed with the regular communication we received as to when particular trades people would be on site. I would happily and confidently recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

These guys were amazing to deal with! From the quoting to the end product, the process was flawless. The tradies were well put together and extremely punctual. The work done was beyond expectations and the house was left cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for hard working people who genuinely care about their customers. 10/10!
