This team are incredible. I have some very difficult hedges to trim every 4 months or so. They back onto a neighbours yard that is home to a memorial garden. After explaining to Ben and Tom how precious this garden is, they took the utmost care. Laying drop sheets and keeping the neighbours garden clean and undisturbed. They also always do a brilliant and even job on the hedges(and their are lots of them). They clean up after themselves and are on time every time and polite. Highly recommend.

Ben and the team from Quality Garden Services did a mini garden makeover for us, including removing a dying tree, putting in a new tree, installation of a trellis and some new planter boxes. They were on time, efficient, friendly and did a great job for us. I could not have been happier and would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

We were loyal customers for over 4 years - we really liked the team and wanted to support a young local business so regularly ignored any mistakes e.g. fertiliser being spread despite not having requested it, additional services charged for despite not being agreed upfront etc. Recently things changed, we were told we had to agree to a fixed monthly fee which we were happy to do but they kept leaving out the biggest bush despite being asked to fix this, then bizarrely they tried to cut a tree we have into a circle shape and broke heaps of branches in the process. It looks terrible and the neighbours
