I'm extremely frustrated with the actions of this business. They set up their mulcher in front of my house which is located in a busy residential area where most people work from home. They made a lot of noise setting up very early in the morning, blocked two car parks in front of my house and then spent the day mulching very loudly. As I work from home and members of the household suffer from extreme noise sensitivity, this caused massive inconvenience. The tree they were mulching was already loaded into a ute so they easily could have parked the mulcher away from residential areas and driven

I phoned to ask about getting a quote for a tree management plan. The fact that I had to phone a second time as no-one got back to me should have rang the warning bells! Mike came out in January and had a look around. He then went on holidays, and six or so weeks later, and at least five phone calls I still don't have my quote! Not good form - if you don't want the job, just say so, and not waste other people's time.

Aussie tree solutions came out to our place and gave us a quote for our job, a few weeks later i phoned and asked to go ahead with the quote and when can you do it. I was told i would be phoned the next day to arrange a time and day... a week later and two phone calls asking why and when the job will be done and i could not get a straight response...they were waiting for the managers to arrange jobs for the following week, we should be on the list I'll call you back this afternoon... three days later and still no response. Maybe the job is too hard for them or they don't want the work...well thats

Aussie Tree Solutions did a very professional job. They arrived on time and completed the work as per the quotation without any problems what so ever. The price for the quote was competitive and reasonable. I will definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal.
