Very happy with the experience at Paradise. They were very patient and accommodating of changes as we came up with the design for our dream kitchen, and brought plenty of ideas and experience. I picked up the carefully wrapped product from their factory on site and was shown how things were made - the finished product is top quality.

The sales person at Paradise kitchens was fantastic, friendly and had great advise. The prices were great much cheaper than every where else we looked. We were there 15 mins they cut edged and helped us load two large bench tops in our trailer. Highly recommended service. They even offered us a drink. If you need kitchen or bathroom supplies I highly recommend Paradise kitchens.

Bought an LED kitchen tap. 5 days from installation, the LED ceased working. I contacted Paradise Kitchens and communicated with Carolyne via email who was very responsive and empathetic to my experience. I had booked in to speak with the distributers of the tap who were not very helpful so I contact Carolyne back and she was able to organise someone from the manufacturer to come to my house and fix the issue.

Paradise Kitchen was great to work with. Their designer listened to what we needed and our budgetary limitations, and provided a beautiful, practical design. The fit out team were really professional, punctual and had great workmanship. The whole experience felt seamless. Our kitchen takes a beating from our four children, and it's tough whilst looking elegant. Five years later, one drawer runner broke, and Wessam posted out a replacement part immediately. We would continue to use them for future renovations, and we keep recommending them to friends.
