I spent a long time researching the best company to use to build our bali hut. That definitely paid off because I found the very best. We could not be happier. The lovely gentleman who came out to build our hut were careful and professional. The quality is better than any that I looked into. Thank you Hans, Sharna and team for creating paradise in our backyard.

Right from our first visit from Hans we knew we had chosen the right man, he was on time, friendly and easy to talk to. We met Sharna at the display at Burleigh before the big move, she was so lovely, genuine and nothing was too much trouble even though they were preparing to move to a bigger site. Sharna is so prompt with her emails and approachable in every way, which is reassuring.They have a wonderful team too. Our backyard has a totally different feel to it now, a real tropical oasis and we can’t wait to spend many summer days relaxing by the pool. We had a few hiccups along the way but

Sharna & Hans are a delightful couple who are enthusiastic about your project as if it were their own. For over 20 years we thought we knew what we wanted in a design for our pool area. Hans came up with a totally different design which we immediately realised was going to be outstanding. Hans will design your dream backyard taking time on your property to get the most out of your investment. Their work team, Gio & Garry are professional craftsmen who take pride in their work. Hans has just left my place after replacing my 10 year old and very tired African Reed thatch with a synthetic thatch which hopefully the crows will leave alone.
The price I received from Hans was very competitive and well worth the money. Hans came and quoted when he said he would and turned up on time to do the job.
Hans completed the job by himself in 6 hours and has left the place neat and tidy.
The finished product is all I wanted it to be and all he promised it would be.
I would use East Coast Bali Huts again in an instant.
Lovely to deal with a gentleman and quality tradesman.

We had a 17 year old existing Bali Hut which the thatching ,needed replacing. Tom & Rhys were very professional , hard workers who listened to our brief and communicated with anything that they felt needed a decision. The process of replacement was easy and the finished result we are extremely happy with. The clean up was very thorough and we are extremely pleased with the final result. We recommend this company if you are wanting a professional , well built Bali Hut and a very organized team of people.
