So far so good . I’ve bought the powder & the fabric softener plus the disinfectant. I’ve used all of them for about a week now & the clothes smell & wash better
The hubby even noticed the fragrance . He fitted a tap on the larger containers & I just fill a bottle when I need . I hope they last longer than what I usually buy & they are Australian made . Delivery straight to my door , no dragging a shopping trolley around or lifting them out of the car .

I was a bit skeptical of this company reading their negative reviews after I have placed an order for disposable gloves which states on the website it was in stock at the time I’ve placed the order but then the website was shortly updated to “all orders can take up to 21 working days for delivery”. I emailed and called but did not received any responses. Phone line seemed to be disconnected, as stated by some clients. I was a bit worried. A few days later, Michael did respond to my email saying the product has been shipped and also provided a tracking number for my order. My items arrived

No shipment and no response! Ordered something 4 weeks ago that was shown to be in stock. At the time, the website advised to enquire if not receive goods after 3 or 4 days. A week later, no sign of the order, and their website put up new notice saying all orders would take at least 21 working days to ship. So, I wrote them to cancel the order and ask them to reply in 3 working days, but it's now been 3 weeks and never heard back from them. I wonder if their business model is just to take in people's money and make interest from it for as long as they can without providing anything.

Do not trust this company. Placed an online back on 21 March. No communication, no email, no update regarding order. Tried to call and goes to message bank explaining that I should email and someone will respond in 72 hours. I did that and 1.5 months on, no reply. They have my money and will be opening a case with PayPal.
Take note of other reviews with same issues.
The director is a thief, taking money for online orders from innocent people. He should be locked up.

Ordered in March 2020, and to date 14 May 2020 I have not received goods.
I have started emailing and calling to followup on 19 April and no response, said on call they'll call me back and never a call back. This is the first time I have come across such poor service for an Australian online company. I am on my 6th email follow up and now demanding that I get a refund as I'm frustrated with the lack of communication and no confirmation where my order is at, not even dispatched.. nothing. Wish me luck with getting my refund because does not look like they'll return my money, day2 email to refund
