There was honestly no shortage of great things about my experience with AC Locksmiths. The service was friendly, professional, extremely quick and efficient, but the most important part was Alan asking me questions to see if there was anything he could do to make the overall experience even better.
AC Locksmiths are incredibly easy and pleasant to work with, very competitively priced, and really do care about their customers. I would honestly give 6 stars if it was possible.

I got locked out of my apartment and was given a quote of $220 for the outcall, to come out after hours to unlock my door. I had left the keys inside while I am house-sitting and looking after a five month old baby and was quite panicked by the whole situation. The locksmith was professional, prompt, and very kind-hearted. He could see that I was distressed and ended up not only unlocking the door, but made me 4 cuts of my keys! The couple who run this company go above and beyond for their customers, they are beyond reasonable and at the baseline are just very kind people who see the personal struggles

Arrived promptly on our agreed date and time organised via sms and phone in Nov 2020 to change the locks whilst I was in Brisbane for a short stay from interstate for our house settlement before the move Jan 2021.

Alan was very polite and courteous. He cut my keys so fast and for once I got a locksmith that cut my keys properly! Turns the key and my door opens without any problems, unlike other locksmiths I have gone to and had to get my keys re cut because they weren't cut properly! AC Locksmiths are not expensive and a great affordable price! Thankyou 😁

He showed up on time, was very friendly and done a great job.
