Paul and Izsak were fantastic today, they left the site clean and made a doormat with the left over carpet. Courtney was extremely helpful with making sure we got the right style and colour for our home.

Cross Carpets have a large range of quality carpets. We ultimately purchased a wool carpet for our home, Cross Carpets were very professional recommendeding what they felt would be suitable for the interior.
Cross Carpets are happy to advise and guide with redgard to carpet queries and also assist with layout for room/s.

When visiting Cross Carpets to discuss the replacement of carpet in our home we were impressed that the order and cutting details of our precious carpet were still on record - from more than 15 years ago in pre digital days ! The sales service was excellent as was the laying . Communication throughout the process was was effective , the carpet layers were polite , respectful , helpful and flexible.

So very helpful right from the start. could take any amount of samples home. Two young men laying the carpet couldn't have done enough to help us back with all the heavy stuff, which was much appreciated.

Amazing quality product, people and service. Every single person I met or contacted were so nice and helpful. Before seeing them I have contacted 3 other business they all well known big companies. But I wasn't happy and couldn't decide. Then my friend recommended me Cross carpet. I'm really really happy I chose Cross carpet!! Thanks my friend!!
