I would never ever use Ledified. I had 22 down lights and transformers installed by them, recently I have 3 burnout transformers, I have sent a number of emails to Simon Fishke asking where I can get a replacement. He did not even bother to acknowledge my emails. I rang them and after a whale someone suggested To buy fro Bunnings, well Bunnings said they will not stock their products as they are unreliable, well that says it all. Stay away from them.

Replaced all my downlights with LED and guaranteed that they would last a very long time. Nearly half of downlights installed have failed. This is a dodgy company. You can never ever get through to their customer care line, and they do not respond to emails as well. They don't even do residential customers anymore. Avoid at all costs!

WAS great AT THE TIME. But just as the warranty expired, so did almost all the globes (which they don't make anymore) and almost all the transformers. So much for being environmentally friendly and for saving money. Now we will need to throw out a whole house full of globes and transformers and then pay for new ones to be installed. My experience is that Ledified are dodgy.

Ledified installed lights in a Physiotherapy Practice the lights started to fail almost immediately had Ledified out 7 times through out warranty period due to transformer failure. Asked for all lights to be replaced with a RELIABLE replacement but hey would not do it. They are supplying a proprietary unit that does not have locally replaceable components. I would not use or recommend their services to anyone. BEWARE.

I would have given zero star if it was an option. They installed substandard transformers when converting my residence to LED and charged premium price. The transformers keep blowing up in few months and half of my house is in dark. Now they don't deal in residential. Very poor experience. Stay away if you can.

Met these guys in the local shopping centre, and was interested in reducing my household electrical bill from lighting.
Pre-sales process on the phone was very high pressure sales, with lots of calls, and deals that are time limited etc. Whilst normally this is a warning sign they did seem to have processes in place and therefore i expected a professional company.
Post paying my deposit i didn't hear from them for over a month. I repeatedly called and emailed them and always got told someone would call me back. No one did. When i finally got through to the people that handle the NSW part of the

I found LEDified very easy to deal with. I spoke with a customer service person on the phone who made it very clear how I'd benefit from making the switch to LED, and convinced me to make an appointment with a technician. The technician showed up right at the start of the installation window and took hardly any time installing the lights. Overall I'm quite happy, and would have no qualms recommending LEDified to my friends / family.

I had a poor customer experience with this company. Make sure you qualify hard if their lights will suit your fittings. I asked if they fit a standard halogen fitting and was told they were 'a little bit longer' than a standard halogen globe. On installation the installer told me that Ledified superbright lights on my order were TWICE the length of a standard halogen and so would not fit unless I bought all new fittings! The attractive cost up front turned out to be a lot more money. Despite the misleading information they kept a $65 cancellation fee.
