Best Blast Southwest
We only use the best abrasive blasting materials, depending on the job, so you can get the best results. If you are trying to obtain a great finish on your surface, get in touch with Jamie. We can blast or clean anything! Our blaster works by mixing water and abrasive inside the blast tank. By introducing water we're drastically increasing mass and energy the machine is putting out while eliminating dust.

Removes paint, stains, polyurethane, lacquer and any other coating from wood quickly and easily, without damaging the wood. The water reduces friction and prevents heat, so no risk of warping like there is with sandblasting. An excellent solution for blasting within refineries, chemical plants, even on live pipelines.
Services
Minimal Dust ~ The abrasive gets trapped in water and grounded, eliminating the plume of dust. Abrasive Flexibility ~ The Dustless Blaster can use almost any abrasive that sinks in water. No Warping ~ The water prevents friction and won't warp thin metal like sandblasting will. Safe for Workers ~ Recycled bottle glass contains no free silica, the leading cause of silicosis.
Crushed Glass or Glass Beads would have to be one of the most popular forms of blast media and can be used on a variety of dustless blasting and abrasive blasting projects across all industry sectors. Using crushed glass means you know you are using a eco friendly and recycled product that helps the environment.
