Auscut have been providing concrete cutting, sawing, drilling and testing services throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria since 1982. We put that experience to work, helping you tackle any project, no matter the size or complexity. Our team of highly skilled professionals are experienced in all aspects of concrete cutting, drilling and sawing whether it be commercial or domestic.
Having worked on some of Melbourne's premier construction and landmark projects, such as the Mernda Rail Extension, Regional Rail Link and CityLink Tulla Widening, we are well placed to provide a detailed quote for a job that will finish on time and to budget. We follow industry-standard safety procedures at all times and understand the importance of leaving a site clean.
Unlike many of our competitors, upon completion of a job, our work area is left free of dust and slurry. Auscut are one of Melbourne's largest concrete cutting companies, which means we can respond to your enquiry promptly, often sending someone out to your site the same day (if required).

Services
Auscut Concrete Drilling & Sawing was established in 1982 with the objective of delivering quality sawing, drilling, grinding and testing. Over 30 years later, our many years of experience have taught us that the key to our success is customer service and supplying a quality service. Auscut prides itself in providing quality workmanship, specialised service and maintaining our outstanding safety records.
Auscut's core drilling services are used when precise circular holes are required for various applications. Our drills are capable of drilling holes of any size and depth either vertically, horizontally or inverted through concrete, asphalt, stone work, brick and other materials. Core drilling is commonly used for plumbing, electrical and air conditioning services, engineering installations, test cores and a variety of other applications.
Our expertly trained pattern cutting operator can saw your surface to create a pattern paving feature to your liking. This application is popular for areas such as driveways, pool edging and walkways to create the impression of pavers. We can cut to your size requirement for whatever finish you wish to achieve.
Hand sawing (also known as Demo sawing) refers to the use of diamond blades in hand-held power saws. Our hand saws provide portability, accessibility and speed on sites. Typical uses are for cutting concrete pipes, bricks, creating openings in walls and floors and for demolition works. Our hand saws are also suited to areas where access by larger machinery is limited.
Auscut's wire sawing service offers a simple and efficient means for cutting precise openings in concrete structures or to remove large concrete constructions all together, with a method that means virtually no structure is too large to cut. Wire sawing is a technique that uses a multi-strand cable with diamond beads attached, rotating with the hydraulic or electric powered saw.

Trevor quoted a fair and accurate job and Ryan was a total machine in getting it done. Exactly as quoted, costed, and zero fuss. Job left clean as well. I know nothing about concrete cutting and I chose this contractor because they helped me understand exactly what I needed and was getting. I had to pick up that concrete! Good job!
