Unfortunately myself and other friends have repeatedly had bad experiences at this establishment. The mature aged shop assistants, have absolutely zero customer service skills and seem to turn their noses at you if you don’t look like you have $1million in your purse ready to spend. It’s a travesty, really!
Don’t waste your time here, the items in store themselves aren’t of great quality anyway.

Store that can't abide by it's own policies. After finding a lot of posts about the sale they were having here, and the clear rules that there was no holds, no phone orders etc. etc. We were first in and asked for a dresser that was advertised the night beforehand only to find out it had been sold by others calling up and putting a phone order hold on it. When we questioned this we were rudely told "Well, they are sold." If you are going to set tons of strict rules for your customers, you need to stick to them yourselves and understand customer service.
