Andy came highly recommended from our real estate agent, and did a stellar job on our carpets and woollen rug! He was flexible- showing up at short notice, within the estimated time frame, and managed to remove pet stains from our dirty carpets. Prices were competitive to the other quotes we received. It truly was a primary example of excellent customer service and a job of exceptional quality.
I called Andy up to get our carpets cleaned on very short notice and he still managed to fit us in even though it meant working long hours for him that day.
I cannot recommend Andy’s services more and the result were just brilliant.
If i could give 10 stars I would without a doubt.

Andy is incredible at what he does!
I had Andy clean carpets in bedrooms, floorboards throughout the house and tiles in the bathroom. I am astounded at the finished result! Never before have i seen my house look like it did. He works efficiently and does a thorough job. Andy was punctual and very friendly, he was able to explain the process and rationale behind certain cleaning decisions that he recommended and the price is was fair and reasonable. A real life saver too as he was able to come out on short notice before a house inspection! 10/10, would definitely recommend and use this service

Andy cleaned three carpeted bedrooms and two rugs. I couldn't believe how well they came up. They looked brand new, especially the rugs!
Andy is very friendly, honest and personable guy who didn't mind a quick chat but also got the work done quickly.
I had a look at his van too and the equipment he used looks top notch, not to mention how clean and organised it was.
Overall we got a very professional and friendly service at a very good price. Happy to recommend to anyone. Thanks Andy!

We have 3 children 9 through to 5 years old. as you can imagine there are a lot of stains of all kinds in our carpets.:/
With very little notice we were having an open inspection to sell our house . I called Andy and he was there the next day!!!
Andy not only got them out he made our aging carpets come up almost better than new. he is passionate about what he does and is also a great guy. I would have no problems recommending him to anyone. His price was VERY fair for the amount of work he did.

This is the second time Andy from Leans Carpet Cleaning has cleaned our carpets. He responds very quickly to both email and phone calls and was able to schedule a time that fitted our requirements.
We have had our carpet cleaned by other companies in the past but have found Andy's to be the best. The carpet is not left soaking wet so it drys off quickly and smells fresh.
