Proctor Building Solutions was founded in 1972 by the late John Proctor, and traded as John Proctor Master Builder. John commenced operations with a vision of setting new standards for quality and client care in residential construction.

They do good work when you can get them to work. But I give up waiting for a quote on some renovations after 6 months and 3 years later still no quote.

Although the work and service was great I was left with a bad taste after a $10,800 bill for 3 meters of wooden fencing and a wooden gate. The material costs seemed ok but the $95 per hour labour cost for each tradesman including a 17 year old boy was extortionate. 2.8k materials and 8k labour is not fathomable. After giving an opportunity to fix the bill expecting a timesheet error I was told this was correct. I have since had other companies cost the scope of work and all are left scratching their heads. Be warned they charge like wounded bulls.

We have been supporting Proctor Building Solutions with our glazing & aluminium products for well over 10 years now. In that time I have found Dan and Ken easy to get along with. Their attention to detail and quality is top notch and inspiring to me.
As a tradie and business owner. There is nothing more satisfying than walking in to a project knowing the openings, shower recesses etc. are square, plumb and well prepared for the next tradesman to continue on with the quality of workman ship required.
I highly recommend Proctor Building Solutions for any new build or renovation you have planed
