Anyone looking for an Arborist in the Great Sydney area. T.Mackney & Sons Tree Services are out in the Hills District near Seven Hills.
They gave us an awesome price nearly 1/3 of what other Arborists quoted giving us. And did a fantastic job clearing branches off the stringybark next to our house and trimming a bush that was way too close to power lines.
Tom showed me his logbook of his clients he is always super busy sometimes the guys work 15 hour days or more. Lots of business as are very good at what they do.

I've had an opportunity to do some work with T.Mackney & Sons, and I must say I got impressed by their professionalism and the level of skill-set that they possess. What I particularly love about them is the sense of pride that they have for what they do. I've been told that they've been doing the tree work for over three generations. It is nowadays rare to see a business that has been carrying on its legacy and knowledge for such a long time - Highly recommended!

Tom and his team came and tamed about 40m of unruly hedge which had seen little attention in a few years. Not only was the hedge put back in pristine condition, but the yard and around the house was cleaned and tidied to an amazing extent. These guys are so amazingly professional, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. A rarity nowadays, they do what they say they will !!

I have used T. Mackney & Sons twice now for some tree problems I had at my property and I am stoked by their work.
Last job they did was a lightening struck gumtree (which I loved because my grandfather planted it) that had to be removed because it died as a result of the lightening and became dangerous; I could not believe how quickly their climber arborist went up the tree with no hesitation and with ropes lowered the tree bit by bit quickly and without any damage in a small backyard.
When I first spoke with Steve and his father (Tom is his name I believe) it felt like nothing was an issue

Tom, Cisco & Steve are true experts in their field; very professional, personable and efficient. They took down 10 trees in my yard, including quite a few large ones and had to manage interference from my oversize patio- in a few hours. leaving the place clean and spot less. We now have a sunny and spacious back yard. Thanks T Mackney & Sons! Highly recommend your services!
