The finished product is good work. However, my experience with this company was terrible. I paid my deposit in October for a job to be finished by Christmas 2018 and it was not complete until mid April 2019. I called the company weekly and they NEVER called back or called me to tell me there would be delays or give reasons why they didn’t turn up when they said they would. The day after the job was finally complete they called me twice chasing payment! Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.

What a waste of time this place was. Says it's open on Saturday till 11am yet nobody is there. Looking from the outside into the 'showroom' (for lack of a better word'), you can see this place is dodgy as. Stay away!

I have been waiting 9 weeks to have an automatic gate installed when I was originally told 4 weeks. I am ringing them weekly and they keep cancelling at the last minute without any feasible reason. They were again meant to come at 8.30am this morning and it is now 2pm and nothing, I have called 3 times today and they said it looked like raining ... however their business in 5 minutes down the road and its perfectly sunny here!!! Extremely angry customer and won't be using this company again, if they ever install my gate which I have paid for!!

Get the job [half] done - use only if you are desperate. If they make mistake - a customer pays for that.
I paid their quote in full without even attempting to negotiate a price.
The very first sentence you hear after completing the payment is "I am not going to put your order through". Funny, right? :)
Apparently, they wanted to negotiate another couple of bucks related to the delivery (should it be included in the original and paid quote I would not even notice that!). A few of my attempts to understand what's going on were met with a quite rude and unpleasant response. It wasn't a big deal

I am a pensioner and have saved for years for a solar security gate. I've waited 7 months for this company to get them working properly and am just being ignored. The gates and equipment cost me over $5,500 which I have paid in full and they gates are tied open because there is now power to operate them. Surely Illwarra Outdoor you can do better than this. One very ANGRY customer !!!
