Found the issue and cleared out our disgustingly blocked drains without any damage or digging (which another plumber had told us we'd need to do). Also inspected and fixed up a few other general plumbing issues while he was here, as well as recommending a few more small things to be done, but said we could do ourselves (although I'll be getting him back to do them).

Can't say enough good things about Ian! I have a very old and tiny bathroom which Ian worked tirelessly to remove the ratty cast iron tub so my young lad in a wheelchair could have room to convert to an accessible shower recess. Made a world of difference to Oliver (and me) and really appreciated Ian's time and professionalism. Thanks again mate, there's a special place in Heaven for blokes like you.

After moving in to a new house we quickly discovered we had multiple drainage issues. Ian came out on the same day that we called him, knew exactly where to go to start investigating and very quickly resolved the issue. Not only that but as the issue is in the watercorp main line outside our property, he is also filing all the necessary submissions to have it rectified fully on our behalf. Extremely happy with the service.

Came the day after I called, and arrived on time (after sending a tracking link when he was on his way on the morning). Very considerate about cleanliness when working in the home. Explained clearly what the problem was, and how he was going to fix it. Had all the equipment needed for the job. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Will be recommending to friends and family.
