We are primarily a glass processing wholesaler, working with commercial fabricators and smaller companies on all types of projects. Our main production facility is a 7000sqm office and factory based in High Wycombe, we also operate an experienced commercial glazing team who handle a variety of installation works in Perth and Sydney.
Paul King's career in the glass industry commenced in 1979 when he joined Walsh's Glass in Western Australia as a Sales Consultant. Two years later he was promoted to Branch Manager, a key role that provided him with the opportunity to gain an intimate understanding of the changing dynamics within the glass industry and the challenges it faced.

No happy with this company, ordered my glass splash back from them they got it 2 of the pieces wrong 3 times, every time they had to organise a new piece it took them over 2 weeks to produce them. The last time I went to pick up the 2 pieces there was only 1 ready, because the person that was organising the pieces didn’t read the drawings properly, the piece I brought home still wasn’t right, so I have all this glass at my house that is a waste. We then sent a email stating we weren’t happy with this and requested our money back, I then spoke to a guy from cooling brothers, he told me that

Whilst the original products are very good, after sales is sadly, very poor.
Having rung and asked a question regarding whether a new locking mechanism could be fitted, I was told the it would be looked into and I would be rung back. After four days I rang again requesting a response.
I have never heard back. It appears that once the original product is supplied and fitted, Cooling Bros. simply don’t care

We recently had a pool fence installed by Cooling Brothers. Tony was extremely helpful quoting up the job for us and detailed various options for locating the gate. We had been looking for a pool fence supplier and installer for our small fencing job in Vic Park. The Cooling Brothers glaziers were prompt, professional, and competitively priced and the glass is manufactured locally which was important to us. Would definitely recommend and use again when we get a bigger pool!
