I'm I'd like to thank you for an absolutely sensational job, and it's been a real pleasure working with you. Completely renovating a bathroom in a one bathroom house is not a project to be taken lightly. Fortunately for us we were able to arrange a timetable with Tim that alleviated a lot of the disruption.

A lot of boxes ticked in terms of professionalism, approachability, skills and knowledge to tackle the job. We found Tim accommodating to all our ideas and he had the experience and know how to turn them into reality.
A big bonus is Tim surrounds himself with reliable, approachable 'can do' trade people and we were well informed of their movements which was not only a welcome courtesy but helped everything fall smoothly into place.

Very happy with out new Bathroom, + they were very informative and walked us through the whole process and came up with ideas we hadn't even thought of. We were going to just do a new Bathroom in same configuration as old, but now everything has been rearranged into a much more modern and appealing set up.

Tim did a great job in remodelling our double shower recess which was looking very tired and was also leaking into the wall cavity.
He was most helpful & professional in fixing some unknown problems encountered along the way, and did a fantastic job with the new tiling, shower screen and tapware fit off. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him for any bathroom renovation works.

It's an investment property. Tim's work was exceptionally and unexpectedly good quality especially the carpentry work was impressive. Price very reasonable and Tim finished the job promptly, neat and tidy, tenants very happy too because Tim always turned up as arranged. Sure we definitely will use The Bathroom Retreat again for our own home and investment properties.

We were very happy with the build quality of the work contracted out. Materials used were of good quality, and work was completed within the stated time. Getting some changes made during the process was never considered too much trouble. At all times Tim was obliging and most helpful in his suggestions and recommendations. Have no hesitation in recommending The Bathroom Retreat.
