Ilia helped us fix an issue with our new fridge being too tall for our existing cabinet space and also with the installation of a replacement rangehood. Due to the rangehood being a different brand it caused multiple complications during the installation. However, throughout the whole process Ilia was extremely professional and provided expert advise and suggestions to resolve the issue. He was very meticulous in his work and we end up with a very professional finish. Many thanks for a great job and will definitely reach out to him for any other jobs in the future. Roof repairs: Ilia attending my place to resolve sagging concrete tiles on the second storey roof.
Over the years the roof battens supporting the tiles had slipped and shrunken. Ilia added additional supports and resolved the issue.
Furthermore.. after trying to seek help from multiple roof contractors and carpenters, Ilia was the only one who responded quickly and provided valuable knowledge/experience in resolving the issue at hand

On the day he again ran through the process, was polite, efficient and advised on cause of problem, and preparation of the fix prior to painting. Excellent service and a good job.

Ilia did a great job with a hole in my dry wall. His workmanship was seamless and his patching was so good that I couldn't remember where the original hole was.
Ilia is professional and personable and he did the work in an efficient manner. He provided sound advice and reasonable expectations of the work provided.
If I had any other odd jobs to fix up around the house, I will definitely call Ilia again.

Llia did an excellent job in replacing my kitchen window trim that had water damage as you can all see in the pictures I posted.
