Amazing service, fast & friendly. Plus, the pricing was so much better than all the other quotes I had received. We live in a BAL40 zone and required BAL40 rated Windows and Doors. Searched on internet and found SMB Glass Windows and Doors. They not only suggested the series of windows and doors that matched our house but their quotation was aprox 3K less than all the quotation we had received for BAL40 Windows and doors.

Pricing was competitive and the quality is excellent in both the actual product and the installation. I particularly liked that SMB's motto is "customer first" and when I requested something they delivered every time. No complaints and no pushback, they just got on and did it, no matter how small. Their installation team were very professional. They had a very strong product knowledge and were able to explain easily and simply what was happening at each stage of the install and they didn't seem to mind me asking too many questions! Their commercial terms were also very balanced for both parties

During my experience of engaging SMB to replace an Aluminium Window, I found the quality of materials used and workmanship was of high standards. The finish was also great. After we built our decking we were in urgent need of glass balustrading as a barrier . We shopped around with many Glass installers who A) lacked customer service, and B) had poor knowledge in craftsmanship .
I decided to contact Juzer from SMB windows who was open minded from the start.
He kept telling me I was in good hands and he was absolutely right! The team were able to provide a modern solution in a quick timeframe. It is asthetically very pleasing!
