Max was a true pleasure to work with. Our hard wood was very damaged through several previous owners who had painted over them. Max and the team at Quality floors did an awesome job. They came on time, finished on time, and even cleaned up (something very rare with trades!). I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Had the floors done on my place, floorboards are from the 1972 and they were beat up, Max did an excellent job and they came up looking brand new, I highly recommend this company for their work and friendliness! It wasn't a straightforward job and involved the Carpet Cleaner & insurance company as well as me.

Max and his team last week sanded and finished our spotted gum floors upstairs and down with
three coats of Estapol Satin finish, plus internal stairs with non-slip finish. We are very happy indeed with the finish throughout in our Tarragindi home and were justified in our trust regarding the care that would be taken with the work and also maintaining our home security whilst we were away for a week. Everything was clean and looked wonderful when we returned home. There is naturally some light dust on surfaces, including windows and pictures on walls, but this was expected and easily dealth with

Max and his team have just finished resanding and applying an estapol satin finish to our tired and worn down floors throughout our home of 24 years. After recently painting the internal rooms of our home, we were concerned that the skirting boards would be marked in the process. We were assured that would not happen, unlike others who had quoted on the job. They were able to repair some split floorboards and gaps that had developed over the years. Max and his team were worth the wait....
I recently had my floors refinished and one room which had always been carpeted added to the polished area. Max and his team were magnificent!
They did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it. The team worked well together without any swearing or cursing during the process, or going offsite for unexplained reasons.
My floors are now gorgeous and I have Max and the team to thank for that. I never imaged they could look so good, and for such a reasonable cost. Well done to Quality Floors by Max Francis; I know why you guys are so

Words literally cannot describe how happy we are with the work done by Max and his team.
On two seperate occasions they did the floors for our house (in sections as renovations completed over time). Initially I was so overwhelmed with the different finishes, stains, materials/chemicals used in the process. Not being able to decide how to proceed, with a part fo the house that can "make or break" the renovation. Max took his time to explain me the options, and what he thinks would suit the house the best (even though he is extremely busy, due to how popular the company are). He even sanded and
