100000% recommend! Essay ahead, sorry.... Kynan has been nothing but helpful and responsive to all txts and calls. We waited and waited, to absolutely no fault of the company, for our council to approve our Patio. We decided in our own minds, it wouldn't happen until the new year, which we were fine with. The approval came through on Monday, we still thought 2022, Kynan booked it in for the same week, Wednesday. So overjoyed, he didn't have to and we didn't expect anything, but to have it done before Christmas, we're ecstatic. To the work, the guys worked a long 11 plus hour day to get it done

So happy with our patio!!
The process from start to finish was great, we had Brad as our salesman who helped us with a great design, we were kept in the loop all the way through from the office and finally Matt and his team installed.
It is obvious that these guys take great pride in their work and it shows.

Contacted One Stop Patio in late October for a quote.I spoke to Matthew providing all my details and was advised that I would be contacted next week to arrange a date and time to undertake quote.
I made a follow up call on the 2/11/21 and spoke to Matthew again to be told that I would be contacted that day or tomorrow.It's the 22/11/21 and I'm still waiting for returned call to arrange a quote.Don't waste your time there customer service sucks.

I had a carport/patio installed recently - the carport ends were covered by an infill to prevent rainwater from splashing/dripping through to the covered area. However, the end of the patio away from the carport was left open, resulting in my doorway getting wet each time it rained. I notified the shop but the return phone call I received from the maintenance bloke left me fuming mad. In brief what he said over the phone was that " he was really not too interested but as a 'favor' he would come over and quote a price for fixing the problem". Given such an attitude towards customers you can be certain

We had one stop patios do a 12m x 6m pergola for us a few years ago and we just had them return to do a 8m x 5m carport. Both times we had the same guys, Brad doing the sales/drawings and Mark installing. Brad is very thorough and quotes very reasonable so we didn't bother getting other quotes the second time and Mark is a great installer and very careful to get the job spot on. Highly recommend these guys.

I had 3 patios built to my design. They are unique and some patio companies couldn’t accommodate me. One stop patio shop were nothing short of fantastic in their advise modifications construction and build time . The result is one if the best outcomes I’ve seen. One Stop Patio have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
We did a big extension on the side of our 2 storey home for a new outdoor area plus we got them to put another double garage in as well.
From getting the quote done, to Shire approval and the start of the build we couldn’t fault this business.
Communication was fabulous, they listened to what we were after and delivered perfectly. They transformed our side yard to an amazing outdoor area.
The team from One Stop were respectful of our property, polite, cleaned up after themselves and friendly.
