Super happy from the initial call to Michelle in the office to the service provided by Rob onsite at my home. We had three locks that were each fiddly and playing up. All serviced, working as intended and all with a common key. Prompt, professional, couldn't ask for more.

Have had Troy and the team upgrade the security of our house. This included a security camera system and upgrade of the current locks on the doors. Initial inspection and quoting process was done thorough and quickly with a great range of options to suit our budget. Once we figured out what suited us the team ordered the parts and installed the new systems quickly and professionally. We love the upgrade to the house and can sleep well at night knowing that our biggest investment is safe.

Quoted "$8 to $11 each" for 2 tubular cam lock keys cutting for a toolbox. They couldn't match the keys from the codes stamped on the barrels but said they had a tool which could read the locks and then produce matching keys, so I left the lock barrels with them for this. The next communication from them was a call to say they have replaced both locks and "spent an hour ****ing around with them" so total bill $132. No courtesy call to check for consent before proceeding with this. Unhappy with the professionalism and price for this work.

I’ve been a Tom Cowles client for over twenty years when I decided move away from the traditional keys I must of got lost in there work load after 3 attempts over year, my friend installed a system!! It turn out to be a non genuine copy, it was unreliable, shutting down leaving the place unlocked randomly, Finally two of my close friends told me “get Troy tho fix it” I called and surprisingly it was installed and working with in days!
