From the beginning the service was excellent. Scott, our Design Consultant, took the time to listen to our needs and step us through the process and his drawings and suggestions were on point. I would particularly like to commend our Supervisor, Phil. He was always available to us, if he missed our call, he would call straight back.
How much does it cost to extend your home? The galleries below feature second storey extensions in different price categories. While cost is dependent on the scale of your vision, you can be assured that our architects will design to your budget. We will then provide a fixed price build quotation that includes all costs we know will be required, including council fees and building inspections.

I made an inquiry despite us being well past the warranty period. They followed up promptly and sent a member of their maintenance team who was very helpful. Their after-sales service is amazing. Definitely recommend using Cape Cod - so professional!

We have provided our available budget when placing the enquiry and have been advised that the plans needed to be finalised to obtain the exact quote. The plans cost was $1,100 and because of the slow feedback have taken almost 3 months to finalise (the final version still did not include all the changes we requested multiple

Cape Cod have just finished our renovation and we couldn't be happier. We've renovated a few times and they are by far the standout. Super professional, things ran on time, and any issues were handled with customer service at the forefront. The most impressive thing was how they handled the inevitable differences that arise during a big renovation. We would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been a contractor for Cape Cod for over 25 years - I cannot recommend them highly enough. My company scaffolds all of their 1st floor additions and we do this with the knowledge that they do their utmost to keep the client and the contractor contented. The job will be completed in an exemplary manner with safety a major priority. From consultant to design, from supervisor to tradie to cleaners - I have always been impressed by the show of expertise, professionalism, courtesy and a willingness to attend to the clients and their neighbours expectations.

I had a fantastic experience building my upstairs space with Cape Cod. We worked with Ross during the initial consultation and design stage who took the time to understand our vision and family needs. During the build we worked with Andrew who was professional, organised and available anytime we had questions. The trades crew were efficient, professional and tidy throughout the build. I believe the Cape Cod Team are experts in their field. We are extremely happy with our renovation.
