Terrible customer service, called a plumber about a leak who referred me to this shop. Guy came out, walked into my back yard and said not pool related call a plumber and left. He was there less than one minute. Received an invoice for $88 for the call out (maybe he should have swept my pool if he knew I was going to be charged. Called Allans and… was told he was there for 10 mins and despite being a customer I was told according to their records I was not a great customer as I did not spend a lot of money in their shop. This is disgusting and for anyone new stay clear and find an alternative
