Talk about good old fashioned service, Paul knows alarms, his follow up is something i have not experienced for many many years. I have a young relative in the alarm business and when i asked him where i could purchase a key pad, his answer was " we'll replace the whole system". I am advising him that there is someone in Melbourne who has the answers, again thank you Paul.

I had set of my smoke alarm while doing some renovations, despite blowing out the dust I could not reset the fire alarm on my Chubb Security Pad. Chubb did not have the answer and wanted to send out a technician. Checking the service price I call Alarm Maintenance and spoke to Paul. Paul was able to help me over the phone to reset the alarm and did not charge me a cent. Great service and nice guy who knows his stuff. I know where I will be going for maintenance on my alarm system in future. Thanks Paul.
