What a disgrace this company is! Keep away at all costs!! Eileen is so rude and horrible to deal with. I have been a loyal customer for many years, however the way I was treated in the end, left me no option but to write this review! Stay away from Able Doors, and especially Eileen!

I have had issues with my garage door. They have come multiple times when no one has been present, trespassed onto my property claiming to have fixed it. Left their rubbish all over the property.
I have been forced to use my car jack to open the door on numerous occasions. The service is awful, they cannot even provide me with proof of attendance or works completed.

Extremely rude older lady on reception. Despite being a business customer for 15 years, I was treated horribly. I would never deal with this company again. Someone needs to provide indepth training to the highly rude, mad old lady receptionist on how to be professional and courteous.

WARNING. Horrible people and service. Very unprofessional business. Turned up to service a roller door to a block of units at 2.45pm without giving any notice and trapped everyone s cars inside the garage. When I asked if I could get out to pick up my 5 year old daughter I got abused by the workers and told it’s not their f^%#^* problem. I called their business number to see if here was someone competent to talk to but was abused again by some crazy old lady. Not sure how they get any business but they just lost a good strata contract

I had a horrible experience with Able Doors who were unprofessional and rude. The technicians turned up at the wrong time and day to repair the door and claimed that it wasn’t their fault it was their head management who was to blame. The technician then proceeded to become agravated when I questioned this and he started to swear and rant and rave about him not knowing why this occurred. I was horrified. I then rang their head office to ask why this issue has occurred with the bookings and spoke to an even ruder and incompetent woman, who could not even verify her position in the company. I asked

Maybe they actually have an excellent service however admin lacks common sense and courtesy bordering on rudeness, they are advertised in the yellow pages 2016 garage doors and fittings, when I called about obtaining a quote the answering lady, laughed and said we don't do them and you a need a minimum2 weeks wait and hanged, I called back just to advised them they are listed, got the same charming lady who quickly proceeded to say I know you don't do garage doors for over 1 year and hanged.
Which I m glad in a strange way, God forbid doing business with them and something going wrong.
