Back in 1987, Allan Ferguson was frustrated. Plumbers had a reputation for being unreliable and taking shortcuts. So he started Omega Plumbing, with a single truck and a simple idea - to provide quality service. It worked and today we employ a large, talented team of licensed and insured technicians.
Over the years we have supported many different causes. From large charities like Variety and The McGrath Foundation, to local causes near and dear to our hearts like local sporting clubs and animal rescues. We have been in operation for over 30 years and as we grow we will continue to help support the causes that help support and uplift our communities.

Joseph was very professional and arrived on time. He installed 2 new light fittings and did an investigation as to why we have no power and light in our laundry. He fixed the laundry problem but located another fault in the outside buildings which is connected to this. We were very pleased with the work he did for us, and feel the price charged was justified. Thank you Joseph, we are looking forward to your return for the outside buildings!

Todd also found another potential problem within the fuse box & after discussing with me he replaced the main fuse as well preventing a future major electrical failure . The Team at Omega plumbing are fantastic, from Reception, to Management and their Plumbers, Matt and Rhys, they are masters in their field.
For years our business has been trying to find a plumber who could resolve our issues, and after contacting the team at Omega, within 3 days they had identified, diagnosed, and set in place a plan of action to resolve all of our concerns, inclusive of a burst sewer line, numerous faults with the existing line.
Within a week their professional team were on-site resolving everything and providing day by day updates, comprehensive CCTV reports and detailed walkthroughs

Annual package lock in tricks for discounts on quotes which are still way overquoted at discount price
Pressure you to make decisions on the spot with scare tactics and additional fees - would not be able to do the job in the near future if we didn't confirm today and would wave call out fee but only if we said yes on the spot
They did not want us to go and get a second quote - they wanted to keep their quote so we couldn't use it to reference back to and again use of scare tactics where if we spent time looking elsewhere we would miss out on having

Really excellent service - I submitted an enquiry for an extraction fan in my bathroom to be repaired, and they got back to me within a few hours to schedule the work for the next morning. Not even a day from submitting my initial request and the work is done. Joseph was quick, really helpful, and I'm very happy with the quality of the install. Would absolutely use Omega again next time I need some work done.
