Terrible..stay away..!!!
We signed our initial HIA in June 2020 then our contract was signed in November 2020,slab down 2021 and was given 6+months waiting time for brickie we went way beyond and looked up for our own brickie paying extra$6000 out of our pocket to do our site,brickie finished in November 2021 and they promised that roof carpenter was only one or two weeks delay nothing done since…!!!!
Communication is a joke in this company, nobody is bothered to call back and listen to our problems. I am paying rent, mortgage on land and all other land taxes and expenses and nobody know when

We have not personally used this company (thankfully). There is a home currently being built in our street and the trades turn up at 5am making way too much noise, thats not even the worst part, they don’t only bark back at my dogs when I let them out to do their business, they yell the most atrocious things.One thing that stood out included the words “kill yourself” I wont write the whole sentence as this is a very real subject for some. I would be ashamed to employ such people.

Only up to slab stage at the moment. Sales consultant Steve was excellent made me feel very at ease as a first home buyer, answered all my questions and was always available to answer further questions, recently had an issue another person not replying to emails with information that I needed so contacted Steve and he was straight on to it and sorted it out. Ivy my pre start consultant was absolutely wonderful and made the whole process easy and smooth, helped out with a few different choices that would make the house design look smarter, but didn’t push hard to add on expensive extras.

My partner & I started our journey with Smart homes in March 2021. We booked in to have a look at a couple show homes until we fell in love with the Grand Sanctuary. We met with Steven & talked about the spec, design changes, prices etc. From that day we decided we wanted to build that house! Steven made the experience super easy & was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, even with the constant messages he was receiving from us. We went through Prestart with Ivy & she made the experience fun & super easy. We have now hit our construction phase & we have been kept in the loop throughout

I cant have any higher reviews for this company. We have had the best building experiance with them so far. We have been held up with the current delays as everyone has but the workmanship on our build so far has been amazing. Our private inspector has commented on how well the build has been facilitated and has found very little to report on at each inspection step. Our sales rep Omar and his team member Ben have been amazing from the get go. Omar is a real go getter and has made sure we have met every dead line along the way. Impeccable customer service, nothing is to hard and nothing is after

My experience with smart to date has been an absolute pleasure, my smart consultant James Whittleston was awesome!! I couldn’t thank him enough, he made my dream come to life.
He helped me all the way through as I was nervous being my first time, he answered any questions I had. The guys just full of knowledge in the housing sector and fast with reply’s too.
All in all I’m very happy and would definitely recommend smart if your thinking of building! I will be telling my work friends for sure…

Our consultant Ram was amazing the whole way through! He educated us on the whole building process and really had our best interests at heart. Plus the value Ram and Smart Homes had to offer was second to none!

Highly recommend! Smart Homes will go above and beyond to help. Gordon was our salesman and he was amazing from the get go.
