Fridge making an unusual noise … Lady on the phone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The appointment followed quickly. The team turned up not just on time but a bit early! They did a fantastic job of repairing my fridge and it's working perfectly again. Polite but friendly, efficient, and in their masks of course. The cost was half of what I expected. I will definitely call them again for any relevant service.

Professionalism, Quality are critical jokes and the technician tells you nothing about your machine.
This business is a joke. They have been sent out to a job at my house to fix a front loader washing machine.
The man that came to our house treated myself like an outsider and professionalism was thrown out the window.
I was told the machine was unfunctional and the damages can't be fixed today even though the issue was self diagnosed as a hose.
I replaced the hose myself and the machine works perfectly.
Saved myself what would've been hundreds.
Please don't use this service unless you want

Extremely appaling, rude and unprofessional staff.
They were assigned by my fridge manufacturer to complete a warranty repair job and I have been met with nothing but extremely rude attitude from the reception staff, Tracey.
Due to my busy work schedule working Mon-Fri, I was unable to pick up their call two business days in a row and wasn't able to reach them after work hours either as they are close.
When i returned their call the following business day to schedule a delivery, a different staff picked up, grabbed my details and got assistance from other staff. What followed after was extremely

Always deal with these guys and have never had an issue with any of there services, they have fixed several screw ups from other companys with regards to auto electrical work and have done an outstanding job, always professional , and they do white goods aswell recently repairing my washing machine! highly recomend there service !

Ripped off!! woman in the office rude and incapable of relaying correct info to tech who came without parts to effect repair despite explaining fault at time of booking. Had to wait two weeks till they had another call in the area which was all ok as i wanted to support local.
Got the job done elsewhere in three days by another company for less than the fee i still had to pay cos they don't know anything about cook tops and ovens. DON'T USE THEM

Technician arrived, and had no idea. He scratched his head and stared at his phone for less than 10 minutes.
He said he had no idea and that he would have to do some research and would call me.
At 4.30 the following day I rang to find out what was happening and said I had given them all the details before the technician came out and would have expected him to have done his research before he came out.
Receptionist said I could take my business elsewhere.
Worst service ever. Disgusting. No communication skills rude receptionist.

In response to Mr Wayne Newton, if you are going to write a bad review on this company, why don't you tell the whole truth!!!
Such as your tenant has been waiting over 3 months for you to get someone to look at her air-con. She got sick of waiting so she booked in the job herself and was more than happy to pay a service call fee and to get a quote.
This was done and you rang and abused the office staff for attending the job as you had your own plumber.
The quote was given and you advised you would buy a new unit.
At no time was the go ahead given to order parts.

As a builder for 30 years this is the worst company I have dealt with for AC repairs. AVOID they are useless unorganised and say they are going to do a job then never turn up. The office staff do not coordinate with the technicians and they are pushy & rude. There are other places around which value their clients so please look elsewhere. They refused to do my job because they forgot to order the parts then when I got annoyed they said I was rude to them (I wonder why ) and refused to go to the property
