I put together a file containing all the documentation they requested in triplicate and when it was taken into their office, they refused to accept the documents and told me they are not accepting applications from owner builders. Why didn’t they tell me this upfront instead of wasting my time and money printing out numerous files and paying fees for information from the Shire Council. They are very irresponsible and unprofessional.The only excuse I was given is that they are short of manpower. Pathetic!
