I have had the most wonderful and supportive experience building with Wayne and Peta as a first home builder who was completely clueless to the process.
I was guided throughout the whole process and given… valuable advice. They listened to what was important to our family and assisted to keep our build within our budget…..even though I was constantly changing my ideas.
Nothing was too much trouble, from Peta coming to tile shops and helping guide me when I was too indecisive to Wayne sending me pictures and letting me know when big diggers and concrete was being poured so my children

We recently received the keys to our New home built by the team at Wayne Carter Homes 6 Weeks earlier than expected. The building process was easy, stress free and organised . We loved the flexibility with our selections and that they support local businesses. We told Wayne our budget and what we wanted in home, and we certainly got more than… expected. The house was so well planned and all space was utilised. Wayne & Peta were always available at any time we required with most of our appointments being after business hours. I could not thank or recommend Wayne Carter Homes enough. Being very new to the building market, Wayne and Peta helped guide me in the right direction to building my first dream home, it was an easy and efficient process and everything about the home I just love. When I was deciding who to I would get to build my first home, everyone I asked in town said that Wayne Carter Homes would build the best quality house. This was very important to me because I wanted to make sure that I did not have any issue with build quality. Going with Wayne and Peta, I knew I was in safe hands and gave me peace of mind.
Wayne and Peta were professional, friendly and helpful all the way through the build process.
My girlfriend and I have now moved in and we are happy with the end result.

Twelve months ago we decided to move back to Wagga from Sydney to retire after an absence of several years. As we had previously owned a house built by Wayne Carter Homes and had been very happy with it, we contacted them to see what house and land packages they might have had available.
From the first meeting with Peta and Wayne they could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We talked about our specific needs, one of them being able to park a caravan, either in the garage or down the side of the house.
