Having accepted our quote, Statewide Staff begin the process of service disconnections and council Demolition Licence approvals and if required Worksafe notification. Onsite demolition begins with the removal of hazardous material, followed by the salvage and recycling of fixtures and fittings, doors, windows, timber and finally bricks and concrete.
Statewide Demolition & Recycling brings high quality demolition and recycling practice to Western Australia. The experienced Statewide team spends the time to minimise landfill and maximize eco-friendly recycling of all material used in residential and commercial construction. Absolute amateurish company They don’t take precautionary measures to notify affected residents, they don’t water down the Soils and rake all debris sending plooms of potentially hazardous dust to blanket… neighboring properties Their excuse The hose didn’t have enough water pressure SERIOUSLY!!! do they job properly or be prepared to pay ya clowns 🤡 You’ll be hearing from me until you rectify our issue.

I recently engaged Statewide Demolition to demolish an existing house and clear a very large block at 133 Hastings Street Scarborough.
I cannot recommend Statewide and the team enough. From the very beginning until the end, the whole team displayed nothing but professionalism and courtesy.
Jenny was responsive to any questions I had and kept me up to date with the progress of the job - from the initial engagement to the completion of the works.
Kris, the demolition machine operator kept me informed of any issues on site so I knew exactly what was going on. Kris is a polite and courteous gentleman

Just like to thank Nathan and the Statewide team for the the Demo work they completed for Expand Constructions. The Boys were polite,respectful to the neighbouring properties with dust suppression etc and completed the job on time and as quoted. Would not hesitate to use there services again in the future . I found Statewide Demolition very reasonable to work with. We were given a reasonable quote for the demolition work which was the most "all inclusive" quote we received. (Others charged a lot extra for extras). Surprises like extra asbestos were dealt with in a reasonable and timely manner without gouging. The crew were helpful, thorough and easy to work with. Good job.

Very professional and friendly office and site staff. Managed several issues (demo of parapet wall on boundary, challenging sewer cut etc.) very well. Went above and beyond to keep neighbours on side. Good communication despite us living overseas, including direct line to personnel on site. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with their work. I got three quotes from my project manager Kevin, and Stateside is the most expensive one, i agreed to go with them with the hope that they would do the job properly and would not surprise me with extra cost in the future.
But after the demo they cracked four verge panels and the local council's gonna charge me $1500! I wouldn't complain if only one or two pannels got cracked as it happens when heavy truck run over, but 4 panels is a large area which could be managed better.

We had this company do a full house demo ready for our next build. They were Very professional, had excellent communication and were competitively priced. Both admin and demolition staff were always available if we needed them and had a high level of professionalism. We Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Perth looking at needing demo work to be done.

We were very happy that Chris took the time to work out what could be salvaged, this not only saved us a lot of money, but reassured us that the materials weren’t being wasted. Would not hesitate to recommend Chris and the wider team. They have just completed our demo that was technically difficult and had to ensure no material (including polystyrene that was built in the walls) escaped into the river right next door. They did it brilliantly & 1 day early. I am very happy I used Statewide as they were recommended to me by a project home company sales consultant who had other clients use them.
