Worst experiences had for years! seeking a part and ask for a staff and been told : we are waste their time, and this part does not exit" 0 star for the customer service 0 star for the lack of stock 1 star for the big shop that lure all the cleaning "franchise" to buying the over priced stock.
OH, we found the part for karcher in burnings Balcatta.

Took my machine here to have vacuum reconnected as I tweeked electrics
Charged $99 to look at
Then sent a quote for $3800 to fix various problems I never even asked to be done or looked at. Waste of $99 and 2 hours of my time
Took the machine to a local guy who fixed for $200,
Shocking that these tactics wash in today’s world.

My Father purchased a vacuum, and asked for advice because he needed something that could withstand fine concrete dust and knew that most machines could not handle long term exposure to fine dust - they advised him very confidently in a particular unit, and it was useless for the purpose. The filters and motors lifespan was very short and cost him over $400 per replacement. Over a period of months he paid more on repairs than the cost of the machine and no help was offered - he was sold the wrong machine for the job. His new vac is far superior.

They are always happy to help and will give you honest and straightforward advice regarding my equipment and service needs.

I purchased a Mighty Midget vacuum from PowerVac recently. We were sick of vacuums not lasting and buying new machines every year or so. It was surprising to find someone who actually still made quality products locally and we have found the Mighty Midget to be a powerful and reliable machine and would highly recommend one to anyone looking for a good quality vacuum.

True professionals. All the staff here from the sales staff on the floor to the repair crew out the back know their products back to front.
I've had one of their back pack vacuums for over 4 years now and it's still going strong. Countless friends of mine have been recommended and they all say the same thing, it's the best vacuum they've ever had!
The reason I bought from them is that I could tell they knew their products back to front and that gave me confidence. Also it is nice to know that the backpack vacuums are made right there, true Aussie made! Due to this, if anything should break, all
