Very poor service. After waiting 10 days for a response after sending through my details I decided to call them. We then were emailing back and forward and finally Sam advised if I had sent him my address he will come out and provide a quote for a pergola. Guess what, he did not bother contacting me back. If they didn't want the job, why didn't they just say so? Luckily for us, we found another company who provided fantastic service.

We just finished a full remodel of our home in Sydney South, the wife and I wanted a pergola installed on our beach side property at Cronulla. We had four estimates, and hoping Ted's would be competitive, since we liked his ideas and personality.

After receiving a handful of bids from other carport builders in Sydney, we decided to go with Pergolas Sydney Authority and we have been very pleased with the work. Their estimate was competitive and clearly broken-out by the involved work and costs of building the carport. Ted and the Pergolas Sydney Authority team came in and SAVED MY DAY!! What a great company! Ted was very responsive even with a such a small patio repair project that I needed.
The Pergolas Sydney Authority are HONEST and dedicated to doing their work. They will not do shonky work. Ted scheduled an experienced patio builder who was very efficient, AAA+++ 5 STARS !!!all the way. If you want cheap work...go elsewhere. They are the best in Sydney.

Ted was very professional, on time and my experience compared with most tradesmen ). The Pergolas Sydney Authority did a great job.
I usually hate dealing with tradesmen but this was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Ted also does patios and carports. Ted did an excellent job repairing some rotted wooden board on our deck and pergolas and filling in a hole that was left by a our old jacuzzi. We had a tough time finding someone in Sydney to do our pergolas and to take out the hole and Ted and his team did an great job in a timely manner.
The pergola was built in 2013. Ted was great to work with. We discussed all the options and settled on a plan. Ted kept his dates and commitments real and the work quality was +AAA. Everybody who sees our pergolas praises the quality and cannot believe the price.

They rebuilt back our deck and pergola in our Sydney home using existing frame with great new materials including deck, rails, lighting, stairs, access to under deck pergola area.
Their estimating process was easy, the plans were sent with estimate. The backyard deck build overall went very well with expected occasional time and communication hiccups between Ted and the Pergolas Sydney Authority Team.
Some of the issues identified by Ted the owner during the build were very quickly fixed at no additional cost. Ted and his team also completely rebuilt our carport on top of our garage. I can't
