Having scoured the vast array of kitchen renovation companies out there on the web and selecting a short list, we decided on engaging the services of Master Bathrooms & Kitchens (MB&K) to complete the work. In the end it was an absolute 'no brainer'. We required extensive remodelliing of our kitchen/laundry/pantry area to better utilise the space. Fred and Nick understood our vision and worked with us to design and create a new kitchen and laundry which are both beautiful and functional. There were some challenging electrical and plumbing issues. Fred's team of tradesmen came up with solutions that more than met our needs. They also replaced our walk in wardrobe, which we are very happy with. We would thoroughly recommend Fred and his team.

We used Master Bathrooms and Kitchens for a new fit out to our kitchen, laundry and powder room, as well as new flooring in all the living areas. Fred and his team were a pleasure to work with, they were very helpful and had some excellent ideas to maximise space, storage and working surfaces. We were delighted with the finished fit out. Fred came promptly as arranged to give us the initial quote. He was friendly and polite and was on the same page for our conversion of an unused dining room and minute ensuite into a wonderful spacious ensuite and dressing room. He is a one-stop shop, having a cabinet maker Nick to make and install the walk-in robe fitted out just as I had asked. I was consulted every day with any decisions that needed to be made, and everyone arrived promptly as arranged for the day's work. We are extremely happy with the work done by Master Bathroom and Kitchens. Fred was very easy to deal with, got back to us promptly and made the whole process stress free. We had them renovate pretty much the entire house including main bathroom/ ensuite, kitchen and laundry. We also got him to do some additional work including installing LED downlights to the whole house, wardrobes for all bedrooms and opening up one of the walls in the lounge. You hear horror stories about bathroom renovations so we were a little dubious about the process. Instead, to our delight, the renovation on our old 1960s bathroom was flawless! Fred appeared when he said he would and likewise the tradesmen who were all friendly, and efficient. We didn't even notice their presence-apart from the odd bang! They took a great deal of care to be organised and clean. We were kept informed about the process and consulted regularly. Would do it all again!

They were very good at coming up with innovative ideas for both rooms that suited both our needs and the visual aesthetic of our home.
