Glen was able to advise me on the correct unit size and provided all of the packaging and boxes for my move into storage. I also used their free move in van which helped keep the cost of moving down.

I hired a shed for about 6 weeks. When I vacated, was promised that a refund for the unused part of my advance payment would be refunded by cheque. The cheque arrived after several weeks and a reminder.

Great service and a great facility with great rates. You can't go past Box and Lock if you need storage! There is even a van you can use for free to move your stuff in! Can rent it for reasonable price to move things out. Glenn, the manager, is fantastically helpful and knowledgable.
