I recently attended a course (Carpet+Upholstery, Cleaning & Stain Removal) at Advanced Specialized. I found Grant & John to be great teachers and learned a lot over the four days.
I started out buying the odd chemical and minor equipment from them. I have full confidence in the guys at Advance and intend to have them as my first port of call for everything in the future.

John and grant are your best friends until you by a machine and then they want nothing to do with you. Did the course and instantly trying to get a deposit for a machine, they would be happy to send you broke as long as They get that sale. They never return your call as they say they will help and support you. Biggest regret I hope no one supports this scamming business they say there family but run each other down. The way they treat there staff is sad. I think they should be second hand car salesmen.

I couldn't agree with Liz more. Thats exactly how it is. John, Grant and all the other sales staff will promise you the world as far as throwing work your way and in the end you get nothing at all. Absolutely nothing !!!!!!
The prices of the equipment and training courses they offer are beyond belief in how expensive they are, absolutely redicoulsy expensive.
There are better options out there. I don't know how ASE can live with themselves and sleep at night with how they treat people and ripp them off severely.

Just bought an upright vacuum from "Advanced Specialized Equipment". Their price was by far the best in Australia for the model I was after. Grant was helpful and attentive through the whole process and the vac was delivered immediately at good rates also. Can't ask for more than that.. Cheers guys.
