We offer a full range of restoration services which can be tailored to your personal needs and requirements:. Refit bottom sash using new sash cords and adjustments made to ensure alignment of meeting rail and lock. Refit existing stop beads and complete window checks for smooth operation (new stop beads additional cost).

So happy we decided to go with Sash Smart Windows. We upgraded 6 sash windows with 6mm Hush glass, weather seals and new weights, locks and lifts, and repaired the cords and weights for a 7th. The house now feels much more secure and comfortable - easier to open, no more rattling in the frames, good sound reduction (but not elimination). Glass feels really solid but is just as clear as regular glass. Kristian was an absolute pleasure to work with, would highly recommend.

Kristian came to repair 7 of our sash windows including one which has broken glass that needed replacing. Great professionalism and quality of work shown throughout. Our windows now open/close properly and Kristian was helpful to explain to us how everything worked and what needed replacing and why. Excellent communication from the minute I called to obtain a quote to completion of the work today. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kristian, very reliable and top notch service.

Overall experience working with Kristian was 5-stars! I found him online and he quickly responded to my query, came over for inspection and submitted a very competitive quote. Even when lockdown started and all construction work stopped, Kristian made it a point that he prioritised our job. He even started working on a Saturday as soon as tradies are allow to resume work, as he knew there will be builders coming to our home the coming Monday and only 2 are allowed at a time! He finished the job so fast and we're very pleased with the outcome!

I would not hesitate to recommend Kristian and Sash Smart Windows. Kristian was super helpful, professional and was very accommodating with fitting in with our bathroom renovation. He also provided great advice with what order things need to happen in when replacing our existing windows with lead lighting to make sure we got the best result. Highly recommend. Thank you!
