This company is fantastic, the two young tradesmen that erect my Pergola. Where extremely professional. The completed it in one day. They also cleaned up themselfs. The painter was very professional and ask many questions to make sure that I was happy with his work.

Pro-Form Pergolas built a pergola for us nine years ago. Over time, we noticed that the wood on the end truss had started to bow, causing the fixtures to seperate. I contacted Richard and within two weeks he had Steve come out and replace the truss. It’s not often companies deal with warranty issues without some level of hassle and delay. I commend Pro-Form Pergolas for responding promptly and in such a professional manner.

Had previously lost my old pergola in a freak storm, so was in the market for a new pergola. I made the phone call to pro-form to arrange a quote and when Richard came out he explained the whole process and design very clearly, I had the quote back the same day ! Best decision i made was to have pro-form build my new pergola, couldn't be happier with how it has turned out. Even when i had a leak in my new gutter , it was no trouble for them to come back out and fix.

The work was good but the company to deal with not so good. We had to pay extra money because he underquoted or so he said then when the roof had to be jacked up on the house he refused to send someone to repair the damage that they caused. Would never deal or recommend this company to anyone.
