We got a deal with Stratco for an interest free patio. I wasnt aware at the time that Stratco dont actually install, you have to go through a separate installation company. We chose Sustain because of location. I wish I hadnt. We have had them come out 3 times since installation for leaking issues for a $20,000 patio..and it still leaks. We had "Lee" come out in November (second guy, and owners of Sustain had changed), then another guy in May (owners changed AGAIN..thats saying something right??) and this guy said he had spent the entire time he'd been employed at Sustain fixing peoples mistakes

Contacted these guys in April, spoke to Andrew Fortune. Was provided a quote for a patio in the realm of $10k. Received a competing quote from another supplier using the same materials (bluescope steel/colorbond) however with some upgraded bits and pieces for nearly $5k less. Shot Andrew back an email asking if he was competitive on price. No reply. Followed up again 2 more times, no reply. Andrew Fortune is an incompetent sales person and a detriment to Sustain overall. I ended up going with Patios Plus in Wangara. Give these guys a miss, they're not worth your time.
