Even though I had to wait nearly 15 weeks from initial order date to installation date, I am extremely happy with the installation and appearance of my Shutters and Roller Blind.
The Shutters have completely changed the appearance of the inside of my Villa

We are very pleased with the overall service and final installation of our new shutters and blinds. Deeanna was very helpful when visiting to quote and measure. Luke the installer did a tremendous and professional job - all in one day! The only downside was the length of time between ordering and final installation and this was primarily due to overseas shipping delays during the covid period. Would recommend Factory Direct for professional service and very reasonable pricing.
