A&R has been so great in getting things repaired in the rent house that my mom and I recently moved into. They are great with communicating and the quality of work is amazing. My mom is hiring them herself for little projects that the property manager won’t cover and I’ve recommended them to my brother for ceiling fan installation on his new house. I had the two full houses rehab done by A&R now. I can say with confident from my own experience that A&R is one of the best service and quality around San Antonio.

Robert is fabulous at listening to clients needs. He has been offering great recommendations to improve the job. For example, one of the living room is in a weird shape. We discussed what to do with it. His idea looks better and a few thousand dollars cheaper than mine. What a save.

Robert and his team help out with repairs and replacements issues on with several of my rental properties. They have done everything from tape and float and texture to replacing windows & make ready. They do a great job & very reasonably priced. They are often able to get out within hours of my call, which is awesome. I would definitely recommend them!

A&R has always done quality work whenever we need it. Every time we have a problem, they are our first call. Recently we had a pretty major water leak in our front yard and Lupe was able to have it completely repaired and cleaned up in the same afternoon.
