I have used this firm on a number of occasions & their service has been generally fine.
On one occasion I wanted window locks fitted to a house. The window locks had multiple keys. This is a pain in the neck. The staff member went back to the office and rekeyed the locks so it was a single key.
I would recommend this firm.

I was so stessed out about losing my car keys. He came so quick l couldnt belive it. I got my key done within max 30 mins that was from calling to completion. When l found my bag on my car he checked my key a fix that as well. He was really helpful. This company is really well run. I never review but company deserve a REAL review

Nice folks, good advice, fast service and reasonable prices. I was looking for advice on a smart lock, which is surprisingly difficult to find in real life (plenty of YouTube experts of course), and they not only knew the products but also stock a range of options at various price points.

These guys provided the worst customer service and are clearly a transactional focused company -. I am a long standing customer and have used their services on many occasions. I required a locksmith as I had left my keys in my apartment but was unable to settle the account for a couple of days. It was an urgent situation as my dog was inside and I had no other place to stay with my daughter. Even though we had done business on a number of occasions and i had always paid on the spot, the owner refused any compassion to help. I write this and still looking to access my apartment
