So far we've blown away by our experience with Just Modern. Their couriers communicated pretty well and everything was on time. The product itself is clearly made well, seems durable and the assembly (albeit a little hard work due to the weight and safety feels) was pretty clear and smooth. One of our Camlocks snapped and the staff were incredibly friendly and support, we had a replacement arrive in a matter of days and they shared photos and instructions on how to replace it. I'd say overall we're very happy with our media board and have already recommended it to our neighbours.

Have just assembled my extra large TV unit from JMF and couldn’t be happier. Quality materials and construction make this a solid unit, forgot the stuff that is imported, Australian made and owned just makes it… even more satisfying. Sadly we haven't had such a good experience with these guys. We bought a slightly customised version of the Sydney TV cabinet (added another door to the lower centre section on the front) and I was happy with… the quote for the addition but it took over 3 weeks before we finally received it. We paid extra for the High Gloss Black finish and it arrived with a large scratch along the front of the bottom panel and most of the other panels that have been finished in the gloss are rough along the edges where the gloss finish is chipping away. I've recently bought a Paris tv set from Justmodernfurniture and could not be more happy with it. The item looks exactly like the picture shown and the quality is excellent! The price is so cheap compared to stores around Brisbane. Delivery was very quick within two days and I also got free postage using Fb promotion code. All and all a very happy customer and highly recommended.
