My experience with Col, Kayne & the crew at Platinum Stone was very efficient, professional and basically the whole process from the beginning of our first meeting to the end result has been faultless. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for advice on a new kitchen stone design / benchtop or for whatever use you would use stone in your own home or business. Col was patient and guided me through diagrams / design and made the process extremely easy and with 100% clarity, and the turn around time was amazing.

Cole and the boys from Platinum Stone have consistently proven themselves to be the most professional, reliable and skilled stonemasons on the Coast. When the boys first installed our kitchen and bathroom benches, their workmanship and attention to detail was fabulous. When we recently had a plumbing emergency and had to make some alterations to the kitchen bench top to accomodate a repositioning of taps, the boys came out on the same day we called them and completed the work really quickly and allowed us to complete our works with no hold ups at all. Col and the boys at Platinum Stone have just been so amazing and easy to deal with. I did kitchen and bathroom renovations and had them do my stone benchtops and cabinet tops in bathrooms. They made everything seem easy answered all our MANY questions and worked around us. We had a 4 day turn around and were so impressed with their work. The boys turned up on time, notified us when they were on their way and were friendly and worked quickly and really knew their craft. They answered questioned and doubled checked all their work before leaving.

I WAS RESCUED by PLATNIUM STONE !!
I had a used kitchen installed and had a really hard time. The install took from the 27th February and the kitchen may be finished by the 24th April!! Mine was less than a fill in job, a low priority and I then was left to do the benchtop and all finishing off. He just fitted the cabinets and left me.
THAT'S WHEN I RANG PLATNIUM STONE. My used ceaser stone benchtops needed re-cutting of the stone for the sink and cooktop and installation. We went ahead but my used benchtop snapped (as it had a crack) and I was then offered brand new stone with an amazing outcome

It was a nightmare trying to find someone to make a stone top for our custom made vanity. The first place I rang wanted me to sign a 2 page contract, they refused to come and measure it and wanted me to do it and if it didn't fit it would cost me $200 an hour to get it to fit and pay full price up front . The 2nd place after 3 days just couldn't be bothered. The 3rd company sent me a quote that was so high I had to contact them and ask if it was a joke. Then I contacted Platinum stone, I had a quote within an hour of contacting them and were $360 cheaper so I said lets do it. They were here the

Wow what a pleasure to deal with Cole and his team. It was so refreshing to have a trade that was professional, thorough, diligent and precise.
Having tackled my first reno I have realised that if you are particular and precise then you need the same in the trades you hire ... this was certainly the case.
there were some minor errors in the original stone pieces, but before I could even point them out they had sent them off to be corrected .
furthermore the guys spent a whole day onsite measuring and cutting out ply models, they assessed the underlying structure on to which they were laying

Superb in all aspects. Very professional and meticulous with detail both during the on-site measure and installation. The person measuring is part of the install crew so there are no gaps in knowledge of the job. We had the stone installed in a 4 hour window in the middle of having the floors polished, the guys were incredibly careful to leave no trace they had even been on site. Finished quality is flawless, and they even did a Bunnings trip to get a better match for the silicone with the stone and wall colour we had! Thoroughly recommend this business to anyone wanting an excellent job, great

Platinum Stone have been easy to work with, completing a number of jobs for us on the Gold Coast and in Tweed Heads quickly and on budget. Updating bench tops in our unit in Tweed Heads gave the kitchen a new lease of life and the bench work in the laundry in Tugun finished that job off perfectly. Would recommend them for any job.
